4. What has God been teaching you since your camp experience ended? Has your walk with God grown over the past year and if so, how?

5. What church do you currently attend? Describe how you are involved in the fellowship at that church.

6. If you do not have a church due to being in college and have not found one, please explain why you believe it is important to be a part of a church fellowship. How do you contribute to the fellowship of believers? If you answered question 5 please state "refer to question 5 for this answer".

7. What is an area you have had a personal moral failure this last year, what were the circumstances and how was it rectified?

I understand and acknowledge the following:

  1. I have read and agree with Camp Hammer's Doctrinal Statement.
  2. I understand that this application form is intended for use in evaluating my qualifications for employment. This is not an employment contract. I have answered all appropriate questions completely and accurately. I understand that any false statements, misrepresentations or omissions made during my interview and on this form are grounds for terminating the application process or if discovered after employment, terminating employment.
