- Why do you desire to work at a Christian camp for the summer of 2008?
- What do you believe is a young person's greatest struggle today?
- How would you contribute to the spiritual health of this camp ministry and the campers who attend?
- When did you make a decision to follow Christ on your own and live by His will (what were the circumstances, how old were you, etc)?
- What church do you currently attend? Describe how you are involved in the fellowship at that church.
- If you do not have a church due to being in college and have not found one, please explain why you believe it is important to be a part of a church fellowship. How do you contribute to the fellowship of believers? If you answered question 5 please state "refer to question 5 for this answer".
- What is a verse or passage from scripture that has impacted your spiritual journey? Please explain why and how it impacted your spiritual journey.
- When was the last time you read the Bible for your own personal growth, prior to answering question 7? Explain what your personal time with God is like.
- What is one of your personal strengths and one of your weaknesses? How would this strength benefit the ministry at Camp Hammer? How would this weakness hinder the ministry at Camp Hammer?

- What has God been teaching you since your camp experience ended? Has your walk with God grown over the past year and if so, how?
- What church do you currently attend? Describe how you are involved in the fellowship at that church.

- What is an area you have had a personal moral failure this last year, what were the circumstances and how was it rectified?
