For students entering grades 10-12 and graduated seniors
The aim of the Apostle program is to better understand and reflect the life of Jesus, the first Apostle (Heb. 3:1). Through challenging new ideas, asking tough questions, service projects, and engaging with peers, campers will stretch their faith and reflect on their individual calling. Whether exploring Christianity for the first time, or seeking a deeper relationship with God, the Apostle program will be a safe place to connect with other high school students and grow in loving community.
The Apostle summer staff comes from a variety of colleges throughout the country. They all have experience working with youth. Before being hired they must submit an application, go through an in-depth interview, submit references, and have a background check completed. The staff begins their summer with training sessions about safety, camp policies and expectations, specific job training, and an overview of youth development to equip them as excellent youth leaders. Our intentional community of staff serve and care for every camper who attends.

Each year we offer the opportunity for past Apostles to volunteer on weekends doing dishes for the different retreat groups that rent our facility. They spend the entire weekend at Camp serving in the kitchen and sharing in the community of Camp. In exchange for each weekend of service, Apostle volunteers will be awarded a 25% scholarship to attend Apostle the following Summer. They will also be able to receive community service credit for school.
If you are interested in being a part of this program and have completed an Apostle session, please email email@example.com.
