APOSTLE
For students entering grades 10-12
Take the time to get away and grow in your faith. Spend two weeks in our discipleship & service program. During these two weeks you will grow through guided teambuilding, fire circle conversations, service projects, working with the younger campers, and getting a glimpse of what camp is like from the perspective of our summer staff. We have intentionally limited the spaces available, so don't miss out!
What's it like?
Our Apostle program teaches our high school students what it looks like to serve those around you. They will be challenged in their faith in a healthy way that enables growth. The focus of our Apostle program is to teach young adults what it looks like to be a part of a full-time ministry and helps give them a better idea of who Jesus Christ is. Students will serve alongside old and new friends, a loving staff, and counselors hired specifically for our Apostle program. It is a great way to spend 2 weeks!

Live & Learn
In our Apostle program, students will be experiencing a variety of activities from in depth seminars to playing a character in our adventurous night games. Our Apostle program is a great way to build relationships and to have a blast for a couple weeks of your summer!Our Staff
The Camp Hammer summer staff comes from a variety of colleges throughout the United States. They all have experience working with youth. In order to be hired they must submit an application, go through an in-depth interview, and submit professional and personal references. The staff begins their summer with training sessions about safety, camp policy and expectations, specific job training, and an overview of youth development to equip and assist them for the summer months. The staff functions as an intentional community. All of the staff are here to serve and care for the campers who attend.
