You can register online for High School Camp, Jr. High Camp, Junior Camp, and APOSTLE.

All campers need a Medical Release form filled out prior to their week at camp. Download a Medical Release form here (this is a PDF, so you'll need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer). If you can't download or print this form, please call us at 831-338-3200 x.10 and tell us your camper's name and mailing address so we can mail it to you.

Forms you might need:

• Medical Release form (needed for all summer campers)
• Registration form (only needed if you cannot register online) 
• Scholarship Application (only needed if requesting a scholarship)
