You can register online for High School Camp, Jr. High Camp, Junior Camp, and APOSTLE.

All campers need a Medical Release form filled out prior to their week at camp. Download a Medical Release form here (this is a PDF, so you'll need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer). If you can't download or print this form, please call us at 831-338-3200 x.10 and tell us your camper's name and mailing address so we can mail it to you.

Medical Release form (needed for all 2010 summer campers)

2010 Summer Camp Registration form (only needed if unable to register online)

Scholarship Application (only needed if requesting a scholarship)
